This a great opportunity to buy or sell all types of equipment, including items for the fiber arts – feeders, scales, spinning wheels, seeders, electric fencers, trimming stands, carders, water tanks, hand tools, small farm implements – you name it! Plan now to consign or buy. Use the consignment form provided below...

Items to be consigned to the Used Equipment Auction must be delivered to the Warm-up Arena by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11. Sale starts at 2:00 p.m.

All items sold must be tagged with seller’s number and listed on a Consignment Form. Seller’s numbers assigned by sale clerk. 15% of the gross receipts on all items sold through the auction will be taken as a commission by the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Cooperative.

Consignment forms also available the day of the auction or may be mailed/faxed/emailed prior to sale day. Call the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Co-op office at 608 868-2505 or email
wisbc@centurytel.net . Consignors may return consignment forms by fax to 608 868-6200, or
mailed to WSBC, 7811 Consolidated School Road, Edgerton, WI 53534.

  • Sale held indoors.
  • Sale commissions go to support Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Co-op activities.
  • Consignors may elect to donate the entire proceeds from the sale of their items to the WSBC.
  • All sales final.
  • Items remaining on Festival grounds after 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 12, become property of the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Cooperative.
  • All buyers must have a bidder’s number.
  • No pharmaceuticals, vaccines, dewormers, insecticides, paints, herbicides or chemicals of any type accepted as consignments.
  • All items sold as-is – no warranties, express or implied provided by the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Co-op or Badger State Auction.
  • Festival gate admission - $5 per day, $10 per weekend pass. Kids 8 and under are free. Parking is free.
  • Items bid back by a consignor will be charged commission on the bid-out price.
  • Consignments will be listed as received on the festival website.
  • The Wisconsin Sheep & Wool Festival, Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Co-op and Badger
    State Auction are not responsible for loss or damage of items consigned or purchased. All purchases become responsibility of buyer at point of sale.
